Job Description

We're seeking a Sr. Managing Engineer to join our TD Securities Production Engineering team. In this role, you'll work closely with Change the Bank and Run the Bank teams to create next-generation payment solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep SRE experience in payments and platforms, as well as the ability to work with the global team and create innovative solutions for modernization, stability, resiliency, and drive the team towards success.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies for payment solutions, ensuring alignment with Prod Engineering and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge payment solutions.
  • Provide expert technical guidance and training to the team on payments and platforms.

Required Expertise:

  • Experience supporting SWIFT based payments applications.
  • Hands-on production support experience with distributed and mainframe payment applications.
  • In-depth understanding of payment platform architecture, including microservices, APIs, and cloud-native designs.
