We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our Technology Team at Venterra Realty. As a Product Owner, you will play a critical role in driving the digital transformation of our platform, executing critical projects and initiatives, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver new products, features, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Organize and facilitate meetings and discussions among stakeholders to prioritize and coordinate deliverables and timelines.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation to ensure deliverables meet desired outcomes.
- Support RFP processes and vendor evaluation, as required.
- Provide post-implementation and operational support to business stakeholders and end-users.
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
- 5-7 years of experience in a Business Analyst/Product Owner role in technology, preferably in software implementations.
- Proven experience in leading projects through the end-to-end lifecycle and successful software implementations.
- Strong project management principles and experience.
- Superior coordination, organizational, and facilitation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of SQL and data analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
