The Strategic Workforce Development Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic workforce plans to meet the needs of our organization. This includes analyzing staffing requirements, identifying training needs, and developing solutions to improve employee engagement and retention.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Analyze immediate and long-term staffing requirements.
  • Identify training needs and develop solutions to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Develop and implement strategic workforce plans.
Qualifications:
  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources or related field.
  • CHRP designation an asset.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of human resources generalist experience.
