Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Household Assistant to join our team at Personal Household. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized home environment, ensuring the comfort and well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Housekeeping: Make beds, change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closets, and clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, and shop for food and household supplies.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, handle and report lost and found items, and attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Work in employer's/client's home, rural area, relocation costs covered by employer, private residence, employer's home.
Work Environment

Public transportation is available.

Work Schedule

30 hours per week.
