Key Responsibilities- Provide access control and monitor restricted areas to prevent unauthorized access.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies, including alarm activations and patient safety concerns.
- Conduct regular patrols to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
- Investigate and report any irregularities or incidents that occur during your duties.
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to provide support and assistance as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid AB Security license or willingness to obtain prior to commencement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Physical ability to perform duties, including walking up to 20km/shift and pushing/pulling 30-pound doors.
- Competitive hourly rate of $20.75.
