Job Title: Steady Part-Time Regular Route Driver

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a part-time regular route driver for the Crowsnest Pass area.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting students to and from school, following a set route, on a daily basis during the school year. This is a great opportunity for individuals who value flexibility and a stable work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a school bus along a designated route, ensuring the safety of students and adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
  • Perform daily vehicle safety inspections to ensure the bus is in good working condition.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, school employees, and the public in a courteous and professional manner.
  • May be assigned to extra-curricular activities and field trips, depending on the driver's availability.
Requirements:
  • Class 2 Driver's License with the S Endorsement
  • Clean Commercial Driver's Abstract
  • Police Intervention Check and Vulnerable Sector Check
  • Current First Aid Certification
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Class 1 Driver's License (S Endorsement would be an asset)
