We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As a Bartender at Lone Star Texas Grill, you will be part of the front-of-house team responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences. Your primary duties will include:

• 
  
• Serving guests seated at the bar or in nearby sections;
  
• Preparing and serving our signature margaritas, specialty cocktails, wine, and beer;
  
• Preparation and cleaning of the bar area before and after shifts, including making our signature margarita mix, changing kegs, and preparing garnishes for service;
  
• Collaborating with the service team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of drinks to guests in the dining area;
  
• Assisting with the management of audio-visual elements (music, lighting, TV programming) in the restaurant.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• 
  
• Smart Serve Certification;
  
• The ability to remain physically active and engaged throughout your shift;
  
• The capacity to lift items up to 30lbs;
  
• Prior bartending experience is an asset but not required.
