Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant

Simdar Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all areas of the facility are clean and tidy, including floors, furniture, and fixtures.
  • Restock linen closets and distribute clean towels and toiletries as needed.
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpeting and upholstered furniture.
  • Assist with laundry and linen services.
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the facilities team.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.

  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English or French.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
