Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Senior Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our North Shore location. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to guests in a courteous and efficient manner
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Sales and Transactions
    • Process register transactions, refunds, and returns
    • Activate gift cards and manage customer loyalty programs
  • Store Maintenance
    • Ensure the store and storage areas are clean and organized
    • Restock shelves and maintain visual merchandising displays
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment
    • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales skills and product knowledge

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Previous retail sales experience an asset
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
    • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
    • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
