About the Role
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and physically capable individual to join our team as a Record Center Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in maintaining and processing physical assets stored in our warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Process incoming orders, ensuring accurate scanning and location tracking on our Safekeeper system.
- Investigate and resolve any order discrepancies, manifesting all orders and preparing them for shipment.
- Accurately prepare all necessary paperwork and communicate any difficult order issues to management.
- Inspect and maintain all equipment, including Telxon scanners, wedges, Safekeeper terminals, and ladders.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and achieve team goals.
- Observe and report any safety issues, adhering to strict safety procedures.
- Perform all physical requirements without assistance, including lifting, loading, and moving boxes (average weight: 40 pounds).
- Travel between facilities when necessary and mentor others as opportunities arise.
Requirements
- Pays close attention to detail, accuracy, and completeness, with a strong focus on transparency and minimal supervision.
- Ability to work on your feet all day, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one to two years' experience in a warehouse, physical atmosphere, and/or service industry, with a team-focused environment.
- Basic computer skills required, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to adhere to and enforce all security procedures.
- Ability to work well in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
