About the Role:

Giant Tiger is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Associate to join our team in Summerside. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of store appearance, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of store appearance, including replenishing merchandise, completing markdowns, and performing cycle counts.
  • Follow up on hot selling items and complete SKU changes as needed.
  • Perform tasks involving firm grasping, lifting, and moving up to 18 kg (40 lbs.).
  • Operate equipment, including using a ladder.

Work Schedule:

A typical full-time schedule will consist of day shifts, two evenings per week, and alternating weekends with a schedule of 35-40 hours weekly. A typical part-time schedule will be a mix of days, evenings, and weekends, up to 24 hours weekly.
