Job Title: Accounting Supervisor
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team at ONTARIO INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of accounting clerks, ensuring the smooth operation of financial transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of accounting clerks and provide guidance on financial policies and procedures.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Co-ordinate and assign work to team members, and review their progress.
- Prepare and submit reports to management.
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment: Our office is located in a fast-paced environment, and the successful candidate will be required to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
