About the Role:

We are seeking passionate and caring Registered Practical Nurses/Licensed Practical Nurses to join our insulin delivery team at Bayshore HealthCare. As a key member of our care team, you will use your clinical skills to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality home health care, delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability, in the comfort and safety of their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality clinical care to clients in their homes
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
  • Current registration with the provincial licensing body
