We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 1152945 Ont Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service and maintain a safe working environment.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Budgeting and Reporting: Prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role is preferred.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
