**Job Title:** Teacher of Francization and Literacy

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced educator to teach a course on Francization and Literacy at the Université de Moncton. The successful candidate will have a strong background in education and a proven track record of teaching in a minority language context.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach a course on Francization and Literacy to students at the Université de Moncton
  • Develop and implement curriculum that meets the needs of students in a minority language context
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback
  • Collaborate with other educators to develop and implement programs for Francization and Literacy
  • Contribute to the development of the university's Francization and Literacy programs

Requirements:

  • Doctoral degree in Education or Master's degree in Education with at least 5 years of teaching experience in a minority language context
  • Excellent understanding of the issues surrounding bilingualism and multilingualism in the context of minority language education
  • Good understanding of education in a minority language context
  • Strong proficiency in French language and literacy

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience teaching in a minority language context
  • Knowledge of Francization and Literacy programs and their implementation
  • Ability to work in a team environment
