Position Summary

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team at the Vernon Jubilee Hospital and Shuswap Lake General Hospital.

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work directly with clients and/or with their caregivers or other persons who regularly interact with these individuals for the purpose of creating environments that promote optimal communication and swallowing for adults requiring this care.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assess and develop treatment plans for adults with communication and swallowing disorders
* Provide individual and group therapy sessions to improve communication and swallowing skills
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
* Participate in quality assurance initiatives, meetings, research, and education

Qualifications:

* Valid BC Driver's license required
