Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Patisserie Expert to join our team at The Gluten Free Epicurean.

This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

As a Patisserie Expert, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods according to recipes or special customer orders. This includes mixing dough and batters, operating machinery, and ensuring the quality of products meets established standards.

You will also be responsible for drawing up production schedules, organizing and maintaining inventory, and inspecting kitchen and food service areas.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field. You should have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and be proficient in English.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
