Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide support services to students in a variety of settings, including schools and community locations. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and youth, and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support services to students in a variety of settings, including schools and community locations.
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans for students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure student success.
  • Provide crisis intervention and conflict resolution services as needed.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. child and youth care, education, social work).
  • Experience working with children and youth in a support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
