This role involves conducting specialized asset assessments, identifying condition and deficiencies, and supporting project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a University degree in a relevant field, 5-8 years of relevant work experience, and strong written/verbal communication skills.

Possessing advanced knowledge of building condition assessment processes, technical standards, and cost estimating for replacement and repair of building components and systems is essential for success in this role.

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Schedule and coordinate site activities.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
  • Participate in the review process of all complexity reports.
