About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Production Specialist to join our team at Taunton Commercial Bakery Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
  • Machinery Operation: Operate machinery as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory.
  • Special Orders: Prepare special orders as required.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
