This role will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our global employees and teams, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and optimizing operational processes. You will be working closely with various teams to implement new policies and process improvements, documenting and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and implementing automation to enhance operational efficiency.

Your Responsibilities

As a Global Employee Support Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing global operational support to employees and teams
  • Managing complex employee queries through Jira and Workday
  • Conducting audits and analyzing data to identify patterns and inaccuracies
  • Optimizing Shared Service Center (SSC) processes for efficiency and scalability
  • Preparing and processing EIBs in Workday, managing involuntary terminations and One-Time Payments (OTPs) related to terminations, and supporting hiring, onboarding, benefits, payroll, and time-off processes to ensure compliance with Canadian legal requirements

You will also be responsible for documenting and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), implementing automation to enhance operational efficiency, and supporting the development of project plans and timelines, and coordinating internal and external resources to meet project requirements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience using data systems and ticketing tools such as Jira; experience using the Workday HRIS system, is required
  • Fluency in French is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work with global or remote teams
  • Strong operational thinker, with a knack for solving problems and building solutions
  • The ability to drive projects from inception to implementation, including developing project plans and timelines, and coordinating internal and external resources to meet project requirements

You will also need to have a high level of business acuity, be creative and enjoy taking unique approaches to solving problems, and have HR & People Operations Experience: 3-5 years in HR or People Operations, including compliance and employee support, HR Systems Knowledge, Operational Efficiency, Data Management, French Fluency, Project Management, Compliance Knowledge, and Bachelor's degree in related field plus 6+ years of progressive HR experience in a high speed, high growth environment.
