Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Operations Specialist to join our team at the Safariland Group. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling quality personal protective products in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate complex production line equipment, requiring specified training and expertise.
  • Drill, tap, or ream holes using drill press or portable drill, and assemble components using hand tools or portable powered tools.
  • Test or assist in testing operation of completed product to ensure quality standards are met.
  • May cut materials and assist junior operators in performance of skilled functions.
  • Repair units that fail to meet specifications and mount assembled components on chassis panel.
  • Perform assembly operations under microscope or other magnifying device, and lead or guide less experienced employees.
  • Perform inspection to ensure maintenance of quality standards and complete other duties as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need at least five years of assembly experience, work in a production/manufacturing environment, and the ability to communicate and read in English.
