The Coordinator of Education Services is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the education program, ensuring its efficiency and effectiveness. This includes managing department programs, identifying partnerships with organizations to enhance program delivery, and coordinating record meetings with the Education Committee.

The successful candidate will be able to work independently, build effective relationships, and make decisions that improve the management of First Nation resources. They must also have proficiency in computer programs, attention to detail, and ability to self-regulate and manage conflict.

This role requires experience in supervising staff, developing and managing budgets, and knowledge of financial and reporting requirements. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the Treaty 3 area and our Traditional Governance System, and be willing to travel to other related organizations and locations.
