  • Perform Surgical Procedures: Conduct oral surgery, periodontal surgery, and other treatments as needed to address complex dental issues.
  • Design and Fabricate Dental Appliances: Create custom dental appliances, such as bridgework, dentures, and other prosthetics, to meet patients' unique needs.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with denturists, dental technicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
  • Licensure and Certification: Hold licensure by provincial or territorial authorities and National Dental Examining Board of Canada Certification.
  • Education and Experience: Possess a degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry, and have at least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a private practice setting.
  • Language and Communication: Fluency in English and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues.
