Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Hot Tub Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Arctic Spas Kitchener. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and maintaining our hot tubs in pristine condition.

About the Role

This is a physically demanding role that requires working on site at various locations, often outdoors. You must be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and have excellent attention to detail. The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral communication skills, be punctual, client-focused, dependable, organized, reliable, and a team player with strong values and ethics.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional attitude at all times
  • Document and prepare invoices and work orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies as needed
  • Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively
Credentials

The successful candidate will hold or be willing to obtain the following certifications: Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) clearance Certificate, Occupational Health and Safety Certificate, and Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate. A valid driver's license and a vehicle supplied by the employer are also required.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes dental and health care plans, as well as group insurance benefits.
