Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising other graphic designers or graphic arts technicians, estimating time to complete graphic designs and illustrations, and consulting with clients to determine the nature and content of illustrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and guide a team of graphic designers and graphic arts technicians to ensure high-quality work.
  • Estimate time and resources required to complete graphic design and illustration projects.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their communication needs and develop effective illustration solutions.
  • Develop and produce realistic or representational sketches and final illustrations that meet client objectives.
  • Establish guidelines for illustrators and photographers to ensure consistency and quality.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in graphic design and illustration.
  • Proficiency in InDesign, MS Office, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and ability to distinguish between colors.
