About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) Manager to join our team at General Cable & Prysmian Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, health, safety, and environmental management across our cable systems operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement QHSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure QHSE considerations are integrated into all aspects of our business.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on QHSE procedures and protocols.
  • Monitor and report on QHSE performance metrics and implement strategies to improve performance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in QHSE management, preferably in the energy and telecommunications sector.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
