The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing patients for physical therapy treatments, including donning and doffing equipment.
- Assisting physical therapists with treatment administration, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Providing routine treatments, such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and heat/cold packs.
- Cleaning and maintaining treatment areas, restocking supplies, and managing inventory.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; internship preferred.
- Previous experience as a clinical aide or rehabilitation technician is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, clinicians, and other staff members.
- Ability to lift up to 20-25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
