Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Academic Outreach Coordinator to join our team at MTA CORPORATION. As a key member of our education team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs and materials to engage students and promote our organization's mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver educational programs and materials to students, including workshops, webinars, and online courses.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and organizations to promote our programs and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement marketing strategies to reach our target audience.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the education sector.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to stakeholders, including educational institutions and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in education, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in education marketing or a related field.
  • Knowledge of educational technology and online learning platforms.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including English.
