About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and contribute to our growth and success. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process for our dental clinic platform.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent and meet business needs.
  2. Source and recruit qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  3. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop compelling job descriptions.
  4. Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the most suitable candidates, ensuring cultural fit and technical competence.
  5. Administer background checks and reference checks to verify candidate information.
  6. Provide recruitment analytics and insights to inform future recruitment strategies and optimize hiring processes.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
  3. Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, building relationships with stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
