Job Title: Truck Driver

At Alberta Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials across various routes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and adjust routes to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions
  • Load and unload goods with precision and care
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
  • Inspect and maintain the condition of the vehicle, including tires, lights, brakes, and cold storage
  • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and efficiency
  • Communicate with central dispatch and relay important information
  • Tarp and secure cargo to ensure safety and security
Requirements:
  • Driver's License (Class 3 or D)
  • Will train
  • Permanent employment
  • 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
