We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Guard to join our team at Brampton Civic Hospital. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular security patrols of the hospital premises
  • Respond to emergency situations and incidents
  • Assist with mental health patients and patrons
  • De-escalate crisis situations and handle emergencies
  • Write reports and investigate routine incidents
  • Work closely with vulnerable populations
  • Monitor for and escalate security concerns within the hospital
Requirements:
  • Immunization Record - TB 1+2, MMR, Varicella
  • Double Vaccinated - Full Vaccinated from Covid-19 with 2 doses minimum
  • Valid Ontario Security Guard License
  • Emergency or Standard First Aid and CPR Level C (WSIB approved provider)
  • Vulnerable Sector Check - to be completed upon hire
  • Proficient in English (both oral and written)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in security
