Job Title: Bookkeeper

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team at ATWALZ HAIR STUDIO INC.

Job Summary:

The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Payroll Administration: Prepare cheques for payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports and statements as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Language: English.
