Job Summary

This position plays a key role in developing and implementing strategic plans for the facility they are assigned. The successful candidate will support and enhance the sortation, methods, and measurement for the automated sites they supervise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee automation upgrades and deployment to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Supervise and improve the forecast development process to ensure accurate planning for staffing, equipment, and capacity needs.
  • Prepare and monitor planning results to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assess the impact of new services, software, and methods on operations to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Supervise issues, enhancements, and requests for sortation to ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor site operating performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Investigate facility automation feasibility to ensure alignment with business goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of CB Canada processes, procedures, and methods to ensure seamless integration.
Work Environment

Work hours: Start time between 3:45am and 4:15 until 1 pm (start and finish times may vary depending on work volume). Job type: Full time, Permanent, Salaried.
