Liquor Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Westgate Liquor Store Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of sales workers, ensuring the smooth operation of the store, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are adequately trained and equipped to perform their tasks.
- Authorize payments by cheque and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Order merchandise and maintain an efficient inventory system.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that all products are properly stocked and displayed.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or sales environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.
- Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Organized and reliable with a strong attention to detail.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Initiative and ability to take on new challenges.
- Judgement and ability to make sound decisions.
