Job Title: Truck Driver - Logistics Professional
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team at Quick Link Logistics Inc. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely operating a tractor-trailer and transporting goods across various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a tractor-trailer to transport goods and materials
- Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety
- Load and unload goods, and obtain special permits as required
- Coach colleagues on new methods and work techniques
- Arrange travel itineraries and make reservations
Requirements:
- AZ class license
- Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
- Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
- Valid passport
- Criminal record check
- Driver's validity licence check
- Driving record check (abstract)
- Drug test
- Medical exam
Working Conditions:
- Physically demanding
- Overtime required
- Repetitive tasks
- Sitting
