We are seeking a seasoned executive to join NASC GLOBAL CANADA as a Director of Strategic Search Partnerships. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to develop and execute strategic search initiatives that meet the complex needs of our clients.

Search Strategy Development

You will be responsible for designing and implementing tailored executive search strategies that cater to the unique organizational needs of our clients. Your goal will be to attract and select top-tier talent, driving business success through effective placement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive search strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to identify and engage top talent.
  • Provide expert guidance on talent acquisition best practices and market trends to clients.
  • Cultivate a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and engagement.
  • Lead the search process from initial contact to offer negotiation, ensuring exceptional candidate experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in executive search or recruitment, with a proven track record of successful placements.
  • Strong understanding of ATS and HR software, with excellent networking and communication skills.
  • CHRP, CHRL, or equivalent certification is mandatory.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
