Airswift is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to support the Oilsands Major projects team in Calgary, AB.

With a minimum of 15 years of project-related procurement experience, this role requires strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of RFQs and RFPs to meet project timelines and comply with Supply Management Policies and Procedures
  • Collaboration with project team members to prepare requisitions for procurement of materials and equipment
  • Negotiation of commercial agreements, including terms and conditions with guidance from Supply Management Lead and Legal personnel
  • Post-award administration support for active agreements, including maintenance of internal tracking logs
  • Assistance with monitoring material and equipment schedules to ensure on-time deliveries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Experience with ERP systems for contract management, such as Maximo or Ivalua

Based on industry standards and the location, we estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000 per year.

This full-time role is based in Calgary, working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
