Raya Concrete Construction Ltd is seeking a skilled Flooring Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our concrete finishing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finishes on all our projects.

About the Role

This role involves working on various construction sites, applying different finishing techniques to achieve a smooth and durable finish. You will work closely with our experienced team to deliver top-notch results that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Filling hollows and removing spots on freshly poured cement to create a uniform surface
  • Operating power vibrators to compact concrete and ensure optimal density
  • Leveling top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification to meet precise standards
  • Applying hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces and enhance durability
  • Repairing, resurfacing, and replacing worn or damaged sections of concrete structures to maintain their integrity
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in concrete finishing or a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate as a minimum educational requirement
  • A physically demanding job with frequent bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
  • Able to handle heavy loads and work in dusty, noisy, and wet/damp environments
Working Conditions
