Job Description for Hairstylist at MASTERS HAIRCUT

We are seeking a skilled Hairstylist to join our team at MASTERS HAIRCUT. As a Hairstylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair cutting and styling services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cutting and Styling: Cut and trim hair according to client's instructions or preferences, and style hair to enhance their physical features.
  • Customer Service: Shampoo customers' hair, shave and trim beards and mustaches, and provide a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
  • Supervision: Supervise other hair stylists and other staff to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Coloring and Chemical Services: Apply bleach, tints, dyes or rinses to colour, frost or streak hair, and apply hair extensions.
  • Supply Management: Maintain and order supplies to ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
