We are seeking a skilled Chocolate Connoisseur to join our team at The Chocolateria. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing dough for a variety of sweet treats, including pies, bread, rolls, and cakes. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in ensuring the high quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare dough and batters according to recipes or special customer orders
  • Bake mixed dough and batters
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff
  • Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods
  • Draw up production schedules
  • Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas
  • Organize and maintain inventory

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Reliability and ability to work as part of a team
