Lobster Processor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Lobster Processor to join our team at Lobsters 'R' Us Seafood. As a Lobster Processor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our seafood products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cut, clean, and trim fish or seafood prior to marketing or further processing.
  • Check products and packaging for defects and perform corrective machine adjustments as required.
  • Record production information and maintain accurate records.
  • Set up and operate machines to can, bag, box, or otherwise package fish and seafood products.
  • Clean and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required, but experience is an asset.
  • Valid driver's licence and own transportation.
  • Steel-toed safety boots and ability to work in a cold/refrigerated environment.
  • Reliability, team player, and attention to detail.
Benefits:
  • Bonus and permanent work term.
  • 40 hours per week and overtime required.
  • Work Language: English.
