About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Developer to join our team at Endy. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our e-commerce website and connected tech.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain our e-commerce website and connected tech using modern web technologies.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Monitor and enhance website performance, implementing best practices for speed, scalability, and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback and mentoring developers to uphold high coding standards and practices.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support teams to gather requirements and integrate solutions that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in web development, with a strong focus on eCommerce platforms.
  • Excellent development skills and high proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, along with React and Next.js frameworks.
  • Eager to code daily and tackle complex challenges with enthusiasm and creativity.
  • Experience working with UX/UI designers and translating designs into functional, responsive web components.
  • Passionate about automation/building tools to automate processes.
  • Strong understanding of web performance optimization, accessibility standards (AODA), and SEO best practices.
  • Knowledge of AB testing code implementation (experience with Launchdarkly is a plus).
