About the Role



This role is responsible for ensuring quality deliverables at the country level, following project requirements and applicable country rules with moderate oversight from the SSU Country Manager. You will work within forecasted submission/approval timelines, ensure compliance, and track milestone progress in real-time. If timelines are not met, you will investigate and provide clear rationales for delays, support contingency plans, and escalate issues promptly.



You will monitor basic financial aspects of the project, escalate discrepancies, and review/comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WI) in a timely manner. You will also support continuous improvement of quality in all Site Start-Up (SSU) components at the country level.



This role requires a strong understanding of clinical trial processes across Phases II-IV and ICH GCP. You will be able to manage external vendors, possess strong organizational skills, and handle multiple tasks effectively. Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and detailed understanding of clinical trial start-up processes. You will be able to manage external vendors, possess strong organizational skills, and handle multiple tasks effectively. Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
