About the Role:

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of food and beverage services.
  • Coordinate and oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages to meet our high standards.
  • Supervise and train staff on proper food handling and preparation procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of supplies and equipment to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, cash handling, and data protection.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of experience in a leadership role in the food service industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and improving employee engagement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with food safety and sanitation procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
