We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team at Canada Royal Milk ULC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring our operations meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and Provide Advice on Managerial Methods and Organization
Conduct thorough analyses of our managerial methods and organization to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancement.
Conduct Quality AuditsLead quality audits to ensure our operations meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Develop Quality Management and Quality Assurance StandardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality management and quality assurance standards that align with regulatory requirements.
Conduct Research to Determine Efficiency and Effectiveness of Managerial Policies and ProgramsConduct research to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of our managerial policies and programs, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for enhancement.
Propose Improvements to Methods, Systems, and ProceduresDevelop and propose improvements to our methods, systems, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Train StaffProvide training and guidance to staff on regulatory compliance and quality assurance best practices.
Manage KnowledgeDevelop and maintain a knowledge management system to ensure that regulatory compliance and quality assurance information is readily available to staff.
Direct and Advise Staff in the Development and Implementation of Service Quality Assessment StrategiesLead the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies, providing guidance and advice to staff on quality assurance best practices.
Requirements- Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance.
Experience3 years to less than 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, quality assurance, or a related field.
