The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in bookkeeping and possess a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports
  • Prepare tax returns
  • Prepare trial balance of books

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in bookkeeping
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
