Café Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Café Manager to join our team at 2 Scoops. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our café, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Service Development
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless delivery.
- Performance Management
- Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Inventory Management
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Health and Safety
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supply Chain Management
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure the best possible prices and quality.
- Marketing and Promotion
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our café and attract new customers.
- Customer Service
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations Management
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our café runs efficiently and effectively.
- Accuracy
- Ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and to a high standard.
- Client Focus
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customer needs are met.
- Dependability
- Be reliable and dependable in all aspects of your work.
- Work Term
- Permanent position with a minimum of 30-40 hours per week.
- Work Language
