Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza (Empire Pizza Group). As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant during your shift.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their experience is positive and memorable.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that inventory levels are optimized and that stock is ordered as needed.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other relevant metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the food service industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, with the ability to lift and move objects as needed.
