In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the security operations of our team, including coordinating and supervising our security officers, ensuring compliance with NLHS policies and best practices, and providing proactive support to post orders, emergency events, and safety and security approach to our security program.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing teams effectively. You will also need to possess a Vulnerable Sector Check, Code of Conduct, and Standard First Aid, CPR Level C certifications.
